  • Start from a template before building a custom report.
  • Use shorter date ranges first when checking large data sets.
  • Name duplicated reports clearly so other users understand the purpose.

Troubleshooting

  • If a report is empty, check date range, status filter, and permissions.
  • If export is missing data, preview the report first and review selected columns.
  • If a shared report is not visible, confirm it was saved with shared visibility and your role can view reports.
