Networking (simultaneous users):
networking feature allows users to work simultaneously in a network. Quick Business Manager Server manages and provides service for connected clients in a networking edition.
- Multi
Location: Manage different shops and warehouses by tracking each location separately include: expenses, stock status, and etc. specific reports show how a specific location performs.
- Reminders: there are several reminders in Quick Business Manager that can be customized. The reminders are:

- Employee documents expiry date (passport,
visa, driving licenses and etc.)
- Multi Price Level: Multiple prices can be defined for each item. For example, wholesale
price, and/or retail price. A price level can be selected at the time of invoicing
from a list.

Unlimited units of measurement can be defined for each
item.
- Costing Methods: Quick Business Manager support three different costing methods:
- Supports Weighted Average, FIFO (First In First Out) and LIFO (Last In First Out) costing methods.

Manufacturing support include assembly build: This feature allows users to manage
their manufacturing items. Assembly items can be defined with different components
and row level materials and then build them into the final product.
Assembly component's quantity can be changed at built as
well.
- Print on
Checks: Users can easily put their checks in the printer and print the
amount, date, and payee name on the checks. Different templates are available for
different bank check format. Printed checks can be saved and retrieved later.

Multiple Print Templates: Powerful printing system enables users to create different
print layouts and save them as a separate template. Templates can be loaded into
the system and be used for printing documents.
- Letter writing: Writing business letters to customers, vendors or any other parties.
The letter will be created in Microsoft Word and the template can be saved for later
uses.
- Sending Email: Sending email to customers, vendors and others even one by one or
by selecting multiple recipients. You can even add documents to the email.
- Job Costing: Quick Business Manager can track the cost of each specific job or project.
By selecting the job in each transaction you can track the cost of each job. Relevant
reports help you analyze and estimate the cost of similar jobs.
- Search: Quick and easy to use search is available for any kind of documents. Documents
can be easily searched by different fields such as date, number, etc. Search is
available in the list of documents without the need to go to a specific Search form.
- Advanced
Search: Allow users to search documents, items, customers, etc. by searching
multiple fields simultaneously.
- Activity Logs: every user activities include Login, Logout, Adding, Editing, Deleting,
etc. is kept in Activity Log section. Administrators can check the activities to
control the performance and user's activities. The activity logs can either be searched
through by different fields such as date, activity type, user and etc.
- Currency Converter: Convert different currencies to each other by connecting to
the Internet and getting the latest rate.
- Performa Invoice: Performa invoice is used in Import/Export transactions. Performa
invoice then can be automatically converted to a commercial invoice.
- Charts: Different charts such as bar chart, pie chart and etc. are available in
reports. Charts can be used to compare different factors of specific items such
comparing the sales of different items.
- Free Internet Update: Quick Business Manager can update itself and get the latest
updates through the Internet automatically.
- Notes: Users can create and manage their notes in Quick Business Manager easily.
Sticky notes can be created with different colors and set the alarm to remind you
on a specific date and time.

Customizable Home Page: Users can customize their home page and put necessary links
and tasks on their home page to access them quickly.
- Item Reserving System: Whenever a customer orders an item, the item can be reserved
for the customer until the items be invoiced and delivered to them. Reports show
the stock status indicating the total available stock and the number of stocks that
are in the warehouse but reserved for a specific customer.
- Multi Users: Different users can be created in Quick Business Manager. Each employee
can login to the system with his/her own user name and password. All the activities
done by a user will be logged under his/her username.
- Access Rights: Different access levels can be defined for each user. Users can be
limited from having access to a specific area in QBM that is set by the administrator,
such as access to the sales area.
- Advanced Access Right: Allows defining different User Groups and assigning users
to a group. The access to each single form can be defined instead of defining the
access of an area.
- Track Received Bank Checks: Quick Business Manager can easily track the bank checks
that are received from customers. Checks can remain un-posted into the General Ledger
until the clearance date and then the user can select to them. QBM reminds you whenever
the due date for the check arrives, so you can post the check.
- Track Paid Bank Checks: Quick Business Manager can easily track the bank checks
that are paid. Checks can remain un-posted until the clearance date and then the
user can post them. QBM reminds users before the due date of the check to ensure
there is sufficient fund in the account.

Manage sales and customer relationships: Quick Business Manager can manage all aspects
of sales include creating orders, quotations, invoices and etc. Customers information
can be recorded in QBM and get quick statistics on the customers activities. Quick
Business Manager helps you to give better services to your customers and increase
your customer's satisfaction.
- Manage purchasing: Quick Business Manager can manage all aspects of purchasing easily.
Vendors information can be recorded in QBM and get quick statistics on the vendors
activities.
- Inventory Management: Quick Business Manager manages your inventories and services.
Different features and reports allow users to manage their inventory control with
the maximum effort and the best performance.

Export/Import Data to file: Data can be exported to files easily. Exported data
can be imported to the QBM easily.

Export/Import Data to FTP Server: Data can be exported to a FTP server instead of
a file. Exported data can be easily imported by connecting to the FTP server.
- Custom
Fields: About 30 extra user-definable fields
can be added to most entities and documents. For example, a
sales invoice or an item can have 30 more user-defined
fields added to it.
- Letter of Credit (LC): Quick Business Manager can manage the issuing and tracking
of letter of credits. Letter of credit is used in import/export transactions.
- Landed
Cost: Extra costs that are included on the
item, such as custom cost, freight, and others. These costs
are paid by the company and not the vendor. See
Landed Cost.

Inventory Serialization:
Inventory serialization allows you to track individual
item's serial; this is useful for example if the item has
warranty.
- Point of Sale: The point of sale software is integrated with the Quick Business
Manager Premier Edition. The point of sale is useful for retailers. Retail items
can be scanned with a barcode scanner and QBM manages the invoicing and receiving
of payments and finally prints the customer receipt.
